Gloria Ntazola has opened up about her strict personal boundaries, revealing why she chooses not to hire house helps who own smartphones. In a candid statement shared on her Instagram page, Ntazola explained that her decision is rooted in her deep desire for privacy.
The media personality described herself as extremely private and said she is uncomfortable around people who are loud, overly talkative, or constantly surrounded by large social circles. According to her, smartphones can easily become tools for invading personal space, whether through unnecessary communication, recording, or sharing private moments without consent.
Ntazola also took the opportunity to praise her longtime house manager, Mathe, whom she has trusted for more than three years. She credited Mathe for respecting and protecting her privacy, noting that their professional relationship has been built on trust, discretion, and mutual respect. The year 2026 will mark their fourth year working together.
However, Ntazola revealed that this will also be Mathe’s final year with her. The house manager plans to return to the village to focus on farming and spend more time with her family.
Admitting her concern, Ntazola said she is worried about finding someone she can trust as deeply once Mathe leaves. She emphasized that trust and privacy are non-negotiable values in her home, making the search for a suitable replacement a daunting task.
