Truphena Muthooni was able to set a new world record, by hugging a tree for 72 hours nonstop. She successfully did this while in Nyeri and the entire world was watching her.
Something crazy is that for those 72 hours, this little girl never peed on herself or didn’t even feel like going to the toilet for the whole period.
Truphena said that breaking the record requires alot of mental training, so she had prepared herself very well, especially mentally. Therefore she was able to control her brain and mind not to feel like going to the washroom for 72 hours.
She said that even when it was raining she didn’t pee on herself, Truphena said that she had prepared well, and in addition to this she had fasted very well.
She also revealed that before setting the record she had previously hugged a tree for 60 hours nonstop.
