Ida Odinga had a treat before stepping out to meet the visitors who arrived in large numbers to celebrate her birthday.
Her eldest daughter, Rosemary Otieno, came out to celebrate her mother’s 75th birthday in style, generating emotions.
In a video provided by Ida’s beautician, she looked fantastic with her new hairstyle and complementing makeup to match her dress.
The politician’s wife turned 75 on August 24, and his makeup artist uploaded a video of how he prepared her for her big day.
In the video, Ida wore a bob with a curly wig, which the beautician helped to correct before working on her face.
He also applied makeup on her cheeks and got her eyelashes to match her brows, leaving Ida delighted with the results.
“Wow,” she exclaimed as she stared in the mirror. She then had another lady hold the mirror for her so she could see how her back looked, while she marveled at the results.
The rest of the video showed her arriving clothed in a pink gown with a light cover that she hung over her shoulder.
She was also accompanied by her eldest daughter, Rosemary Odinga, who was dressed in Ankara trousers, a lime green jumper, and a grey top.
