Businessman Kennedy Rapudo has finally spoken after days of rumours suggesting that he and socialite Amber Ray had broken up.
The speculation started when fans noticed that the two had stopped appearing together in recent posts. Amber, who had just returned from a vacation in Thailand, was seen doing home renovations and even selling off some furniture, which left many people convinced that Rapudo had been kicked out of their mansion.
Speaking during an interview with Milele FM’s Ankali Ray, Rapudo dismissed the talk and said people should not believe stories unless they come directly from him or Amber.
“Have I said we have separated? Has she said so? If there is anything, you will hear it from us,” he firmly stated.
Rapudo also brushed off claims that he had lost weight because of stress, saying he was simply taking care of his health and managing his hypertension. He insisted that family matters would remain private but assured fans that he and Amber were fine.
Earlier this month, he had also addressed the same rumours online, telling off people spreading gossip and calling them “idlers.”
Meanwhile, Amber Ray fueled further speculation after she showed off a brand new Range Rover worth millions, which she said was a gift from herself. She also posted videos of selling Rapudo’s office desk and chair, something that made many conclude that all was not well between them.
Despite the chatter, Rapudo maintains that there is no breakup and asked people to let their relationship be.
