Michael, MC Fullstop’s son, gave a moving tribute at the service that touched the audience to the core. He described his father as a caring parent and a source of strength in addition to being a performer.

“Dad, you were a hero even before you held the microphone. He remarked, “To us, you were home, but to the rest of the world, you were an entertainer,” to which the audience murmured in agreement.

The last chapter of a life that impacted innumerable individuals was marked by the afternoon burial at Lang’ata Cemetery. The family had requested financial assistance earlier in the month to pay for the funeral and get them through the challenging days ahead.

They thanked everyone who made a contribution and recalled MC Fullstop as a man who “brought light, laughter, and unforgettable energy to everyone around him.”

MC Fullstop was a mainstay in Kenya’s entertainment industry, renowned for his charismatic stage presence and booming voice.

He openly fought pulmonary tuberculosis, which he battled for a long time before passing away.
