The National Assembly’s Budget and Appropriations Committee chairperson, Samuel Atandi, tabled the revised 2025/2026 Budget estimates in Parliament following weeks of review.
In the report tabled on Thursday, June 5, the budget for the 2025/2026 Financial Year is set to hit Ksh4.239 trillion.
Among the three arms of government, the Executive was allocated Ksh2.497.55 trillion, while Parliament was allocated Ksh42.5 billion.
The Judiciary, led by Chief Justice Martha Koome, was allocated Ksh26.7 billion.
