The government has been tracing and arresting some of the spiritual leaders in the country who are being accused of manipulating the word of God. Some of the church pastors who have been arrested include cult leader Paul Makenzie and his close friend, pastor Ezekiel Ombok Odero. Further, the government recently confirmed that they will not entertain cases of killings in the country that are also done by pastors and other spiritual leaders in the nation.
According to the source, new details have just emerged about what Yesu wa Tongaren did that went against the court order. As per the latest updates shared by a well-known source this hour, it has been revealed that Yesu wa Tongaren is being accused of teaching radical ideologies to his followers and minors and also practicing money laundering. Further, as per the affidavit presented in court by Elijah Macharia, who is also Bungoma County Director of Investigations, it has been revealed that Yesu wa Tongaren had refused to go to a mental checkup before he appeared in court.
Further, the court has issued another order that asks police officers to take him to a psychiatric assessment. I quote some statements from the source: “The court expects the DCI to take the accused for a psychiatric assessment, conduct thorough investigations of his church, and search his residential premises within four days,” Principal Magistrate Tom Mark Olando said in his ruling.
These are bad news for Yesu Wa Tongaren because the court has ordered DCI to do investigations, make sure he goes to a mental checkup, and also search his premises.
This just came in after he was arrested a few days ago by police officers.
