A local television station NTV Kenya organized for a morning show today. However, unlike other normal days, a section of Kenyans on social media were not impressed with the panel. They took to social media to speak about it.
The topic was about the role of the gender in climatic change, however, they didn’t invite both the genders as panelists, they instead invite only women, four of them. Therefore, it was seen as if the topic was wrong or the pannelist was wrong.
Some even took it as something to laugh about. That if they talked about the gender role, why didn’t they invite men too as panelists? They would have wanted to speak about ladies, they would have come with another headline.
Others were unhappy with it and even felt offended. That if they wanted to speak about environment, then it should be conserved by all and not only women.
