There was controversy in Nairobi’s Shauri Moyo Estates after a seriously injured woman was found helplessly dumped in a restaurant bed. The woman, Savalinah, who is said to be working as a street prostitute, was busted lying in a pool of blood this morning before being rushed to the hospital.
The police investigatory department, DCI from Shauri Moyo Main Police Station and confirmed by K24 TV News outlet indicates that the injured woman was a well-known prostitute and was last seen entering the now-crime scene with her client, the main suspect. The two are said to have enjoyed their romantic moments together until late in the night, when an altercation occurred over service payment. The man stabbed Savalinah twice in the neck.
“The 55-year-old woman was allegedly stabbed by a casual client after a suspected payment disagreement. A neighbor heard a heated argument at the crime scene before she produced a painful scream. The neighbor rushed to the scene, finding the woman seriously injured on the neck. The woman was rushed to Mama Lucy Hospital, where she is on medication. We have already launched a manhunt for the man who is now the prime suspect,” the police report indicates.
