The ODM party top leadership led by governor Gladys Wanga who is the party’s chairperson and Siaya senator Dr Oburu Oginga who is the party leaders has recieved some good news after Kisii governor Simba Arati received more defectors into the ODM party a head of the much awaited August 2028 general elections in the country.This comes after the vocal governor received defectors from the Jubilee party as they now join the ODM party where they will use the party to seek different elective positions in the country in the 2027 general elections.
Speaking during the event, the vocal Ksii governor Simba Arati has maintained that the ODM party is one and is not affected by the decision of the Sifuna led team.
He added that Sifuna left with a few individuals who will come back to the party a head of the coming elections as there is nowhere those few leaders are going.
