The United States and Bosnia and Herzegovina face off in the football knockout round of 32 at the 2026 FIFA World Cup at the San Francisco Bay Area Stadium on Wednesday (1 July) at 17:00 Pacific (20:00 Eastern).
After finishing top of Group D with convincing wins over Paraguay and Australia, the United States enters the World Cup Round of 32 with the hopes of getting their first win over a European opponent since 2021.
Standing in the way is a Bosnia & Herzegovina side, who finished third in their pool to make history by reaching the knockout rounds for the first time.
The reward for the winner is a place in the Round of 16, where either Senegal or Belgium awaits in Seattle.
