in Seven Former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chair Wafula Chebukati has threatened to take Azimio leader Raila Odinga to court over his claims of visiting his house.

Chebukati has given the Orange Democratic Movement party leader a period of seven days to produce the evidence on the remarks he made on Sunday at his rally in Jacaranda grounds and failure to that he will move to court.

His lawyers have stated that Chebukati is aggrieved that Raila Odinga did not take caution in his remarks and therefore causing damage to his reputation as the former Chairman of the Kenyan electoral board.

“Our instructions are to demand from you, as of right, which we hereby do, to be furnished with the alleged video footage within seven days from the date hereof “Lawyer Steve Ohola has Remarked

“Kindly take notice that if we do not receive the video footage demanded hereinabove, within the Demand Period, we shall be constrained to institute appropriate adverse but lawful proceedings against you.”Steve Ogola has written.
