Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi has hit out at Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna, accusing him of doing nothing but moving around shouting President William Ruto’s name.
Sudi made the remarks during a public event in Uasin Gishu County, where he criticized Sifuna for constantly attacking the president instead of offering solutions.
Sudi said that Sifuna, who is also the Secretary General of the ODM party, spends too much time on TV and social media blaming Ruto for everything. “All you do is walk around shouting Ruto’s name. You have no agenda for the people,” Sudi said.
This war of words started after Sifuna called Sudi a “Class Two dropout” during a TV interview. In response, Sudi defended himself, saying that intelligence is not measured by school certificates. He added that he has achieved more than many educated leaders.
Sudi also claimed that Sifuna once demanded Ksh300 million to support Ruto’s government, a claim that has caused more tension between the two politicians.
The exchange has sparked debate among Kenyans, with some supporting Sifuna’s boldness and others backing Sudi’s defense of the president. As the 2027 elections approach, such political fights are expected to increase.
For now, it seems the battle between Sifuna and Sudi is far from over. Kenyans are watching closely to see who will have the last word.
