According to the latest news report by a reliable news source through Facebook social media platform, the deputy Inspector general of police Gilbert Masengeli will know his fate today after the ruling of Judge Lawrence Mugambi.
Masengeli is convicted for not attending court proceedings and the abductions of three Kitengela Brothers. Yesterday the court declined his plea to apologize for not attending court session. He was sentenced six months in prison.
