Kenyan digital creator Thee Pluto has come out strongly against a male TikToker who alleged that the two had been romantically involved.
The YouTuber said he will not take the matter lightly, vowing to use legal means to protect both his name and his family.
The drama began after the TikToker posted a video online, where he demanded payment from Pluto while threatening to release alleged recordings of their supposed encounters.
In his video, the TikToker mocked Pluto’s recent holiday in Bali, where the influencer had shared moments of himself trying flyboarding.
The TikToker suggested that the flashy lifestyle Pluto portrays was a cover for personal scandals, warning that the truth would soon come out unless he received money.
Pluto, who has built a reputation as a family man and a social media strategist, did not hold back in his response.
He described the allegations as false, malicious, and deeply insulting.
According to him, what started as a joke had now crossed into defamation.
“This is not just about me, but about my family as well. I have worked hard for my name, and I will not allow anyone to tarnish it with lies. The right way to handle this is through the law,” he said.
This is not the first time the content creator has faced such attacks.
Earlier this year, a female TikToker accused him of fathering her child and abandoning responsibilities.
Just like in the current case, Pluto immediately issued a legal warning, insisting that the claims were baseless.
The woman later apologized publicly and admitted her actions were an attempt to attract attention.
The recent incident has once again put the spotlight on the growing problem of clout-chasing within Kenya’s online space.
Social media users weighed in, with some urging Pluto to follow through with his legal threats, while others argued that such scandals are the price of fame.
For Pluto, however, the issue goes beyond online gossip.
His response shows a man determined to guard his image and shield his family from public ridicule.
