John Demathew a renowned Benga star died in a tragic road accident near the Blue Post Hotel in Thika more than three years ago.
Demathew, the popular secular singer who dominated the Kikuyu music industry for about three decades, was survived by his two wives and seven children. Demathew’s oldest child from a previous relationship, Jane Waithira, completed school and joined her father in the music business.
In the recent past, Jane Waithira thanked her stepmother, Carolyne, because for standing by her during the trying times. She posted a nice post on her Facebook page where she prayed to God to keep her stepmother healthy and alive. “May God bless you mum,” She wrote. Kenyans congratulated her fur respecting and acknowledging her stepmother.
To supplement her farming income, Carolyne the second wife, and a mother of two young boys, recently started a liquor business. The shop is located at Jamu Building near Bamboo Estate, a short distance past Ruiru Prisons on the way to Ruiru Town. The liquor business is called John Jameson and she sells both local and international brands.
The professional psychologist Sarafina, on the other hand, has founded a guidance and counseling business that primarily targets single parents.
As we begin the month of love, Carolyne Demathew posted a hilarious picture on her Facebook page. Carolyne stated that according to the picture, she is lonely. As per the picture, two people seemed to be in love holding each other tightly. At the far end, there was a person in blue sitting down all alone.
Carolyne stated that according to the picture,e she feels lonely like the person in blue. People had mixed reactions to her comical and hilarious tournure.
