The Chebisaas Boys Senior School community in Eldoret is mourning the sudden death of teacher Charity Kitur, whose life was cut short in an incident involving her lover, Bob Kosgei.
Police reports reveal that Kosgei allegedly forced Kitur to ingest a poisonous chemical before taking his own life.
Officers were called to the compound, where they discovered Kitur’s body inside the house next to the toxic substance. Kosgei was later found hanging from a tree with a manila rope.
