The supreme court has today declared three laws including the one regulating saccos, unconstitutional for being passed by the national assembly without senate involvement.The judges went ahead to say that such move could have followed the right channel including involving of the senate in such decision.
It is now true that the Kenya’s judiciary led by chief justice Martha Koome seems to be much determined o deliver justice in the country and fight various corruption cases in the country and adhere to the rule of law.
A country that is ruled by the rule of law,democracy and transparency is likely to have more developments and become prosperous in various sectors that benefits it’s citizens either directly or indirectly.
Let the current regime led by his excellency William Ruto through their projects or plans to strictly follow the rule of law and engage various experts over the same to avoid such nullification by the courts.
