Sophie Turner has revealed she hasn’t been on a date ‘in weeks’ following a short-lived ‘romance’ with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.
The actress, 29, reflected on her ‘hard twenties’ as she prepares to enter a new chapter of her life.
While opening up about juggling work and being a mum to daughters Willa, five, and Delphine, three, with whom she shares with ex-husband Joe Jonas, Sophie admitted she hasn’t been on the dating scene.
Daily Mail revealed that the Game Of Thrones actress went on a ‘secret date’ with the singer, 48, after she and Peregrine ‘Perry’ Pearson called it quits after nearly two years together.
Speaking to NET-A-PORTER’S digital title PORTER, Sophie said: ‘I just want to have some peace in my thirties.
‘I feel like it’s been really hectic for a long time and I’m ready to not have that anymore. Just settle a bit. We’ll see if that happens.’

She added: ‘The mum guilt is there forever. I work all week and then on the weekends, I’ll spend all day with my kids each day. But if I go out for lunch with a friend, I will run back home because my heart is sinking that I’ve left them.
‘I mean, I haven’t seen my friends or I haven’t gone on a date in weeks, months! I just sack off parts of my life sometimes.
‘I only have the capacity for work and family right now. But I’m working on it. I’ll get there.’
Sophie went braless beneath a chic black blazer as she stunned on the front cover of the magazine.
Chris became single after splitting from American actress Dakota Johnson, 35, in June after almost eight years together and an engagement.
Meanwhile, despite several reports of splits and reconciliations between Perry and Sophie over the summer, insiders revealed that the couple officially broke up after a high-society wedding in late September.
Sources said the Joan star and aristocrat were seen there bickering and arguing between feverish snogs on the dance floor.
Sophie did not mope around feeling glum about losing her Viscount-in-waiting as she reportedly went on a date with Chris the very next week.

Chris, who famously ‘consciously uncoupled’ from his ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow, was in London this summer with a string of Wembley dates as part of Coldplay’s Music Of The Spheres tour.
Sources revealed the heir to the Cowdray estate in West Sussex was seen at a trendy west London nightclub in October, hand-in-hand with a willowy, long-legged blonde who had an uncanny – and rather amusing – resemblance to Sophie.

In the video, which was taken in 2020 from Joe’s show Cup of Joe, Sophie was surprised for her birthday by her ex-husband, 36, with a video of her now new love interest.
Sitting in a restaurant, Joe passed the actress his phone explaining, ‘I have someone who wants to say happy birthday’.
Holding her hands to her face in shock, Sophie squealed: ‘It’s Chris Martin!’
He said: ‘This is Chris from Coldplay, I wanted to say on behalf of me and the even more handsome members of our band, have the best day and I am sending you all my love and I hope you’re having the best time.’
The singer signed off the video, ‘Thanks for being awesome, bye,’ and blew a kiss to the camera.
Sophie looked thrilled as she held back tears, ‘I’m not going to cry on camera’, she said, before holding her hands to her face and passing Joe his phone back.
The former couple looked happy as Joe laughed at Sophie’s reaction before the pair high-fived with excitement.
The actress famously married ex Joe in 2019, and the pair share two children, daughters Willa, four, and Delphine, two.
The former couple finalised their divorce in September 2024, a little over a year after the Jonas Brothers star filed for separation.
Meanwhile Sophie and Perry were first linked in 2023 and before split rumours emerged they were last seen together at Glastonbury Festival in June.
It was later claimed Sophie joined exclusive celebrity dating app Raya in a bid to find love, with her profile reportedly spotted on the platform in August.
However, in mid September they proved to be very much back on as they cosied up for a series of snaps at the event in London.
Peregrine is the eldest son and heir of Michael Pearson, the 4th Viscount Cowdray – a former film producer who owns a significant chunk of the Pearson media empire.
His ancestral estate is home to Cowdray Park Polo Club – which boasts ten pitches and hosts more than 450 matches each year.
Reports in August claimed she uploaded nine photos to her Raya profile – including holiday snaps and one of her dancing in a hotel room.
According to The Sun, the actress listed her interests on the app as: ‘music, pasta, movies, family, sun, and friends’.
The Daily Mail contacted Sophie’s representative for comment at the time.
News of their reported split came after the pair first sparked speculation they’d broken up earlier this year when Sophie unfollowed Peregrine on Instagram.
The actress first revealed she was dating Viscount Cowdray’s son in December 2023, months after the breakdown of her four-year marriage to Joe.
