When his mother talked about her regrets over leaving her husband and kids, behind in the 1990s, Stevie Liddington responded angrily.

The 43-year-old Stevie talked of how difficult their life was after his mother left, and then called from Kenya to say she got married.

The married father asserts that he took care of their daughter, because Cherly Thomasgood and her husband, Danie Lakimencho, were unhappy and often argued.

In a stunning interview, Cheryl Thomasgood disclosed how, she left her husband’s comfortable life to marry a Kenyan man she met at a hotel.

She regrets it greatly, though, because things never worked out. In 1995, on the Island of Wright, Daniel Lakimencho married Cheryl, who was ten years his senior.

Their second child, Misti, was born in 1998. Stevie, 43, denied having a good relationship with his mother, Cheryl, 65.

Stevie, who had treatment as a child, said, “I’m ashamed to call her my mother.” Furthermore, Steveie denied ever having been taken in with Daniel Lakimencho, claiming that he only ever saw him as a stranger at the residence.

He also recalled the physical fights between Daniel and Cheryl. Their marriage ended when Lakimencho became fixated on money. These days he works at a supermarket on the Isle of Wight.

The 43-year-old Stevie painted a more unfavorable picture of a woman, who had selfishly left behind her husband, her 11-year-old son, and his two siblings.

He stated to Daily Mail Online, “She left behind three children, including me, and never looked back in any meaningful or supportive way.”

She was never the kind of mother who cared about her children’s mental well-being, he continued, adding, “Decades later, she still demonstrates her true self by bringing up, this whole issue without considering the people it affects.”
