The Kalenjin music industry is mourning the untimely passing of one of its own, the talented and promising female secular artist, Shine Beauty Melodies.
Shine Beauty Melodies was best known for her popular hit song “Induma Inyun,” which resonated widely with fans and showcased her growing influence in the industry. Her death is a significant loss to the Kalenjin music community and to the broader Kenyan music industry.
Shine Beauty Melodies has been in an out of hospital for several months now, reports indicate. The illness leading to her death is yet to be revealed to the public.
Sandra, her only recognized real name, has been eulogised by her fans, other musicians and even politicians as a hardworking and selfless upcoming secular musician.
Faith Therui, a renown Kalenjin Secular musician took to her Facebook page mourn the fallen artiste. “Veteran Kalenjin musician Shine Beauty Melodies has rested. She has beeen in hospital treatment for weeks”, Faith Therui wrote.
