The top manager lost his job after it was reported that he had an affair with the junior worker. However, according to the reports, the man appealed to court and he was granted a whopping 3.2 million Kenyan shillings.
It is a sign of relief for him as the court has now allowed senior workers to have affairs with junior workers. Matters of heart should be left for those involved. That was the statement given in court.
