Kenyans seeking to join the Social Health Authority (SHA) fund have been offered three convenient ways to register, ensuring wider access to affordable healthcare coverage. According to SHA, members can enroll through the official website, by dialing a USSD code, or by visiting an authorised SHA representative for assistance.
For those opting for online registration, the process begins on the SHA website. The first step requires new users to click on the “Register” button to initiate the self-onboarding process. SHA strongly encourages Kenyans to carefully review the policies, instructions, and terms and conditions before proceeding. This ensures that applicants understand their rights, obligations, and the scope of healthcare benefits available under the fund.
The second step involves filling in personal details on the registration portal. Applicants are required to accurately provide their identification information and other relevant details as prompted on the system. This stage is critical since any inconsistencies or errors could delay access to benefits.
Once the information has been submitted, the final step is to review all entries before confirming the application. SHA advises applicants to double-check their data to ensure accuracy before clicking the submit button.
