For the second time is the past few weeks, President William Ruto stepped out with his female Aide-de-camp when he witnessed the swearing-in of the new Solicitor General Shadrack Mose at State House on Monday.

Mose who was appointed to the position last week succeeds Kennedy Ogeto who had held the position for the last five years.

And the event proved to be another rare opportunity for Kenyans to see the President’s female ADC, Lieutenant Colonel Damaris Agnetta Apondi.

Lt Colonel Agnetta is the deputy to Ruto’s ADC, Colonel Fabian Lengusuranga who was appointed to the position last October to succeed Brigadier Timothy Stelu Lekolool that Ruto inherited from his predecessor, Uhuru Kenyatta.

Lt Colonel Agnetta succeeded Colonel Rachael Nduta Kamui who made history by becoming the first ever female ADC in the history of Kenya.

It was during the function that the Head of State fired a warning shot that appeared directed at Azimio la Umoja coalition leader Raila Odinga over his mass action demonstrations across the country.

While speaking during the function, the tough talking Ruto warned that Kenya is governed by law and that he will not allow impunity to prevail.
