Gachagua in Forest

Senator John Nyutu of Murang’a County, an ally of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, has pleaded with President William Ruto, former Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance Coalition Party, and Orange Democratic Movement party leader Raila Odinga, not to allow an impeachment plot against Gachagua to proceed.

During an interview with Citizen Television’s Daybreak broadcast this morning, Nyutu begged President William Ruto to prevent Gachagua’s impeachment. He also asked Raila Odinga not to let his MPs to support the impeachment motion against the DP.

He warned them that impeaching Gachagua could lead to an unfavourable situation for the residents of the Mount Kenya region. As a result, Ruto and Raila may be signing divorce papers with the inhabitants of the mountain, who may lose trust in them if they continue to support or cooperate with them.
