Nadia Mukami, a popular musician in Kenya, recently lost her uncle, Peter.
On Thursday, the musician revealed the loss of her uncle, who died last week.
“The passing of Uncle Peter was a shock to the entire family. He’s the sibling of my dad. Bless his spirit, and may it rest in peace,” her Instagram post read.
The single mother asked her followers to keep them in their thoughts and prayers during this time of loss.
With a photo of his late uncle attached, she added, “May God provide courage to our family in this trying period, continue to pray for us.”
Nadia posted the photo to prove to her fans that she has overcome great obstacles to reach this point in her life.
“See me with the late uncle Peter. May he rest in peace! If you see that I have won, just be happy for me. I have come a long way,” she said.
