His Journey to jail started when this young man by the name Dennis Kimani met a lady who was fetching water from a tap in the same plot and exchanged phone numbers. This morning Dennis was not at work so he decided to fetch some water in his plot where he met this lady who later turned to a nightmare for him.
Dennis was not a stranger in the eyes of this young lady because she has seen him several times. At arround 8 pm that day Dennis received a text from this girl and they started to converse.
After some days the young lady visited Dennis at his house where Dennis claimed that they didn’t do anything sexual except romancing for about 15 minutes and then the lady left with her skin tight off.
After this girl had reached to their house her bigger sister together with other three ladies rushed into Dennis’s house and slaped him on face claiming that he had raped her sister. Causing drama and chaos this bigger sister attracted some neighbours with her raised and sharp voice.
At all this time Dennis Kimani didn’t know that the girl she was texting with was a minor.
Dennis tried to defend himself by showing the texts that the younger sister sent to him indicating that she went to his house willingly and no rape took place. This bigger sister had no time to listen to Dennis.
After the parents to this young girl received the news, the situation worsened and Dennis was arrested despite the fact that he was trying to prove himself innocent. Later Dennis was taken to court and chanrged with rape and defilement and sentenced for 15 years in jail.
Her mother together with his family members said that this was unfair and they will raise funds to revisit the case inorder to prevail justice to Dennis.
Due to different sources of information on social media there are some rumours that are not clearly confirmed that Dennis is free.
