President William Ruto has dismissed claims that the contribution being made in housing fund is tax which will go to the government.
In a news report that has been shared by a reliable source of information, it has been reported that the former prime minister of Kenya, Honorable Raila Odinga called out President William Ruto for allegedly taxing every Kenyan.
According to the reports given by Raila Odinga, he stated that it is so unfortunate that President William Ruto is now imposing taxes on Kenyans, some of them don’t even have jobs.
Speaking about the alleged affordable housing tax, President William Ruto has stated that the money will come from employer and their employees stating that the shillings collected will help build these houses.
President William Ruto has also said that the government has decided to take this action in order to stop the increasing number of Kenyans who have been suffering to pay rent.
