A new proposed presidential lineup for the opposition coalition ahead of the next year’s general elections, has been revealed out today where Wiper leader is being proposed as the presidential candidate and Matiang’i to be his running mate.
According to a report by the People Daily Newspaper headline today, a secret internal push within the united opposition for Jubilee Deputy Party leader Dr Fred Matiang’i to deputise Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, has been revealed out.
The paper is reporting that there is a push for Matiang’i to deputise Kalonzo and pair with him, as his presidential running mate. According to the new proposal, Matiang’i should be Kalonzo Musyoka’s deputy ahead of the next general elections.
The opposition bigwigs are now pushing the former CS to accept that proposal and play a second fiddle role in 2027.
