Friday, the 13th of February, was indeed a special day for popular Radio 47 presenter Mbaruk Mwalimu and his lovely wife Hadya Mwasiwa, who is a renowned Swahili news anchor at KTN.
This is because on the day, they officially marked 5 years since they got married; a milestone that confirmed that they had indeed opened a new chapter with regards to their marriage.
This big news was actually disclosed by Mbaruk Mwalimu, who took to his instagram account and shared a video that showed how he and Hadya Mwasiwa celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary.
From the video it was clear that the Radio 47 presenter had taken the KTN news anchor on a date at one exquisite hotel.
The video also showed how Hadya Mwasiwa had sang for Mbaruk Mwalimu the popular song dubbed Habibi, that was sang by renowned Tanzania singer Zuchu.
Mbaruk Mwalimu then accompanied the video with a caption of him gushing over the milestone. He also praised the Most High for making it possible for them to achieve the milestone.

Hadya and Mbaruk get married
Hadya Mwasiwa and Mbaruk Mwalimu get married in February 2021, after being in a relationship for a while.
The lovebirds actually got married via an Islamic traditional wedding (Nikah), with the event taking place in Ukunda, Kwale County.
In the 5 years that Mbaruk Mwalimu and Hadya Mwasiwa have been husband and wife however, they have been blessed with only one child – a baby boy.
