Monday, the 13th of October, was indeed a special day for popular Radio Citizen presenter Mkalla Mwambodze.
This is because on a day like that is when he unfortunately lost his beloved mother, albeit 9 years ago.
Mkalla Mwambodze therefore used the day to mark the 9th anniversary of her death, and boy he did so in style!
Taking to his Facebook account, the talented sports journalist posted a rare photo of his biological mother, that was taken years ago when she was still alive.
Mkalla Mwambodze further accompanied the photo with a heartwarming caption, in which he pampered her with love.
The Radio Citizen presenter also heaped praises upon her late mother for how she raised him and his siblings well.
“9 years ago, at 8 PM, I lost my beloved mother. She was a role model with regards to real love that had no conditions, and she also had a forgiving heart.
She taught me and a my 5 sisters the true meaning of mercy and humanity. Her heart continues to be a beacon that leads me in my life, she reminds me every day the strength of a mother’s love.
Keep resting in peace mum 🙏❤️
