The talented radio presenter, who used to co-host the show dubbed Mulembe Baze with Nelter, actually left the Royal Media Services-owned station on Friday, the 31st of October, and this was after him working there for a while.
Friday’s episode of the Mulembe Baze show was actually a special one because Nelter was hosting the show on her own, while Alvine Ambe was a guest this time.
The episode was also special because Nelter as well as other Mulembe FM employees officially got to say goodbye to Alvine Ambe.
Before today’s show however, Nelter had taken to her Facebook account on Thursday and penned a message that showed just how she felt about Alvine Ambe leaving the station.
Even though she was indeed heartbroken by the news, she still used the opportunity to wish him the very best with regards to his future.
“Naachwa Rasmi 😭. I have never cried like this but as the song goes Bora Uhai. It has been a nice experience co-hosting with the Mulembe Finest Alvine Ambe and now a time has come for us to part ways in GOOD TERMS. Join me in wishing him all the best in his endeavours. ALVO Mungu akuongoze kwa kila hatua” she said.
As mentioned above, Alvine Ambe used to co-host the show dubbed Mulembe Baze with Nelter, and the show aired on weekdays from 1 PM to 4 PM.
Apart from the two being co-hosts, it should be noted that Alvine Ambe was also the boss of Nelter at Mulembe FM.
