Former Wajir Woman Representative Fatuma Gedi is currently expecting a child.
This big news was actually disclosed by former Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga, who took to her Facebook account and shared some beautiful photos that were taken at the baby shower, that she recently threw for herself ahead of the birth of her child.
According to the photos, it was clear that the event was attended by some other female politicians, who included the Gilgil MP Martha Wangari, the Samburu West MP Naisula Lesuuda and Nominated Senator Hamida Kibwana among others.
They actually all came while dressed in white clothes, which was seemingly the theme because the venue was also decorated with white and cream colours.
Fatuma Gedi however stood out because she donned an Islamic attire that was of maroon and gold in colour.
Even though the baby shower also looked like an invites-only event, what was clear about the photos is that it was very lavish and joyful as shown in the screenshots above.
Millicent Omanga further accompanied the photos with a congratulatory message to Fatuma Gedi.
“Oh baby, it’s a celebration! 🎉 Congrats to Hon. Fatuma Gedi on her baby shower. Wishing you endless love, laughter & sweet baby cuddles!…” she said in part.
