On today date 9th June 2023, a police official from Kakamega Lumakanda police station caused a lot of drama in the market after he was attacked by the residents in that area. According to the reports received, the resident set a pond by the angry residents in that area after they found out that the police officer was involved in cattle theft in the area.
This incident occurred after the Land Cruiser which he was driving was able to be found with cow dug. To prove this a resident came out boldly and said that his cow had been stolen and was transported using a police car. Police commander in the area have started an investigation over the incident.
