Parents on social media are now praying for their children, especially after an accident claimed the lives of three boys earlier this morning. According to reports, the pupils were heading home for the April holidays, when the incident occured.
It has now been revealed that another accident occured, and five students from Mbita Boys High School were knocked by a speeding personal car in Mbita Town. According to images shared on social media, the car was severely damaged, and it was revealed that the driver was drunk. He was also driving at a higher speed.
After the incident, the students were rushed to Homabay County Level 5 Hospitals for treatment.
Many noted that the incident was sad, and they asked God to protect children as they break for the April holidays. May the five students recover soon.
