ODM communication director Philip Etale on 1st November afternoon resurfaced online with a bold message to kenyans regarding claims of the former prime minister Raila Odinga being Summoned by ODM Disciplinary Committee chairman Ben Sihanya.
Speaking via his official twitter handle, Etale refuted claims of Mr Odinga being summoned therefore branding the reports as fake.
” This is FAKE. A sign of desperation from some charlatans. Ignore this NONSENSE.”, He wrote.
His statement comes off following in regards to circulating reports of the veteran opposition leader being Summoned for allegedly meeting president William Ruto.
The unverified reports as well claimed that Rebel ODM MPs had also be summoned to appear before the committee on Wednesday next week.
It should be noted that Mr Odinga yesterday met His majesty King Charles III at statehouse alongside other top leaders.
Deputy president Rigathi Gachagua wasn’t present and apparently, his absence sparked sharp reactions from Kenyans online considering his earlier sentiments of blocking every way for which the former prime minister Raila Odinga might use to gain access to statehouse.
