Ntanzola

Ntazola Gloria has once again stirred online debate after advising women to be intentional about the men they choose to cook for.

In a series of Instagram Stories posted on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, the outspoken internet personality said women should reserve their effort and care for partners who provide for them and treat them well.

According to her, cooking is an act of love that should not be extended to men who fail to step up in relationships.

“Please, you only cook for a man who provides and treats you like a princess. A man who doesn’t provide, kindly feed him on KDF and black tea,” she wrote.

KDF is a famously thick and heavy type of Kenyan mandazi known for being dense enough to keep someone full for hours.

Her remarks quickly attracted mixed reactions online, with some praising her boldness while others criticised her stance as transactional.

Her comments come just a day after she made another candid revelation about her love life. On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, Ntazola told her followers that she has never been in love.

“Any other clown running around telling my business, ignore that. I’ve never been in love with a human being, not in this current life,” she stated.

Earlier, on January 14, 2026, she had also addressed emotional attachment in relationships. She questioned why a grown woman would cry over a man who has never done anything meaningful for her.

“A whole grown woman crying over a man who has never bought her a bracelet. So embarrassing?” she posed, adding that some men cannot even manage small gestures of care. “That little man can’t even buy you a bicycle,” she added.

Ntazola has previously described marriage as a form of business arrangement. She said she plans to spend her own money on beauty and cosmetic procedures, while her future husband should focus on buying land and making investments.

“Pesa zangu ni za kuji-umba. Shamba na investment bwana atakuja nazo,” she said.

However, she made it clear that she would never agree to a polygamous marriage, dismissing the idea of becoming a second wife and warning women against believing married men, would treat them better than their first spouses.
