Celebrity couple Lulu Hassan and her husband Rashid Abdalla are the perfect example of a couple that started from the bottom.
The two built each other from the early days of their careers before reaching the pinnacle by owning their own TV production company, anchoring news together while being brand ambassadors to countless companies on Social Media.
Lulu has recently left fans talking after posting yet another TBT photo of the couple enjoying a night out when both were still struggling hustlers.
She went on to add a beautiful caption of her husband, who looked nothing like he looks now, at that time. “Kuna mtu alikua anasema kitu.” “Siku izi, hasemi.” Lulu revealed, while referring to her husband.
Various celebrities and fans reacted to Lulu’s post but activist Boniface Mwangi, had the most interesting and hilarious comment of all as he hinted that money had been kind to the couple.
According to Mwangi, people were not ugly by nature. It was the poverty in them that made them ugly. “Nobody is ugly, it’s the poverty in them that makes them ugly.” Mwangi claimed.
