Nina Ichung’wah delivered a moving tribute to her late father, Mzee Isaac Ichung’wah, during his burial service in Kikuyu, Kiambu County, on Monday.Speaking with emotion, she described him as a man whose life was built on resilience, hard work, and determination, qualities that defined his journey for more than a century.

Nina Ichung’wah highlighted her father’s unwavering commitment to family, recalling how his strength and wisdom guided them through both triumphs and trials.

She noted that his values remain a beacon for future generations, urging young people to embrace hope and determination in the face of life’s challenges.

“My father lived with dignity and purpose. He never wavered in his faith, and he taught us that success comes from persistence and humility,” she said.

Her words resonated deeply with the mourners, who included family, friends, political leaders, and members of the Kikuyu community.

Mzee Isaac, who passed away peacefully at 105, was remembered not only as a devoted family man but also as a respected community figure.His legacy of generosity and discipline was evident in the testimonies shared during the service.

National Assembly Majority Leader Kimani Ichung’wah, his son, expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support the family has received since the passing of their patriarch.

He emphasized that his father’s long life was a blessing that left them with invaluable lessons of faith and resilience.

The burial drew hundreds of mourners, Among top Government Officials who attended were President William Ruto accompanied by First Lady Rachel Ruto, DP Kithure Kindiki, PCS Musalia Mudavadi, Speakers Moses Wetangula and Amason Kingi.
