Nollywood actress and social media influencer Nimmy Ferrari has died just days before she was expected to celebrate the completion of her new home.
The actress had reportedly completed building her house in Sagamu Ogun State Nigeria. She was excited about holding a housewarming ceremony where she would celebrate the major achievement with her family friends and colleagues.Sadly the planned celebration turned into a moment of mourning after Ferrari passed away.
News of her death was first shared by fellow actress Oluwakemisola Apesin popularly known as Kemity. She shared a heartbreaking message on Instagram on Sunday September 6 mourning Ferrari and expressing sadness over her death.
Ferrari’s younger sister later confirmed that the actress had died after there was uncertainty caused by reports circulating on social media.
The death came at a painful time because Ferrari had been preparing to welcome people into her newly completed home. Videos shared online reportedly showed a large number of people gathered at the property.
Workers were also seen preparing a grave at the compound where Ferrari had hoped to hold her housewarming celebration. This made the situation even more painful for those who knew her.
Following her death some reports circulating on social media claimed that Ferrari had recently undergone surgery for fibroids.The reports suggested that she may have developed complications after the operation which later led to her death.
