We are still at Mark’s house and we meet the two lovers Neema and Mark chilling in the kitchen area while Cate, Tom, Jojo and Agnes are in the living room. Neema receives a call and at first she is hesitant to pick but Mark just implores her to pick the call. It is Eddy who starts by asking how Ian is doing.
Neema blasts her saying what else would he expect even after storming the kid’s birthday and ruining it by engaging Mark in a confrontation that turned out totally ugly. Neema can’t believe what kind of a man Eddy is as Eddy tries to defend himself, saying Neema should calm down as everything happened so fast.
She tells Eddy to stop with his lame excuses and adds that he is even lucky that Mark hasn’t even reported him to add salt to injury and hurt Ian even the more. Eddy who is taking everything as a joke now tells Neema that he knows they can’t agree over the phone, and was requesting if the two can meet so that they can talk things over.
Neema brushes him off saying she already knows what he wants to say, and adds that if he continues pushing her she will have to get a restraining order. Neema clicks as she ends the call and puts the phone away. Mark is left consoling her saying everything would be okay hugging her telling her she would be alright.
