Ndegwa Njiru Warns Against Purchasing Affordable Houses After Revealing This About The Title Deeds
Ndegwa Njiru is a prominent Kenyan lawyer and political commentator known for handling high-profile constitutional and political cases.
He has warned those people dupped to purchase affordable houses. He says one must trade cautiously because no one should loose money and and a life investment.
“Kasongo and his government has no capacity to pass a good title to any purchaser.
Any purported title will be a scam, fake, fraudulent, with no legal effect,” said Ndegwa Njiru.
This is because the government has circumvented the due process in alienating the public land where those houses stands on.
“Since Wantam is inevitable, in 2027, the first order of business for the next government will be to reclaim and protect public land.Those titles will be revoked,” said Ndegwa Njiru.
