Earlier, Multimedia University became the subject of discussion on social media, especially after one of it’s student was killed, and body dumped in the school’s water tank.
After the police conducted their investigations, it was discovered that a male student identified as Philip Eric Mutinda, killed Kemunto after she refused his advances.
After a postmortem was conducted on the body, it was revealed that Kemunto died after being strangled. Her body was also full of injuries, and it was revealed that she was hit with a blunt object.
Confessing the whole act, Mutinda revealed that he was in a relationship with the deceased, and was trying to solve issues with her.
However, on the day of his death, they were involved in a fight, that led to the death of Kemunto, after she hit her head on the wall.
After her death, Mutinda destroyed Kemunto’s sim card, and he took her phone to a church as an offering.
After confessing the matter to police officers, they ended up recovering the device. Many now hope that Kemunto’s family would get justice.
