Veteran Kenyan musician Colonel Mustafa surprised many on Friday night, August 15, 2025, when he publicly apologized to his ex-girlfriend and fellow artiste, Noti Flow, during a live TV show.
In an emotional moment, Mustafa went down on one knee, handed Noti Flow a bouquet of flowers, and expressed his deep regret over their past issues.
He called her a special person who means a lot to him, both personally and professionally.
“This is for you, baby girl,” he said. “I now understand her value. She is important to me and to my career. Natalie, you are my friend, you are my everything.”
Noti Flow accepted the flowers and the apology. She said she had forgiven him, adding, “I wouldn’t be here if I hadn’t. He is a good friend.”
This moment comes after years of ups and downs between the two artists, who once dated and worked together on several projects.
Their relationship ended in a public fallout, with both making serious accusations against each other.
Earlier this year, in a radio interview, Mustafa claimed that Noti Flow had physically abused him during their relationship.
He described feeling afraid at times and shared a painful story about having to hide kitchen knives because he feared for his safety.
