Actress Caroline Muthoni Ngethe aka Carrol Sonnie seems to confirm that she really pays back her money and other help she sent her ex-boyfriend Kendrick Mulamwah for the upbringing of their daughter.
Just a few hours after Mulamwah claimed that it has been difficult for him to help his daughter because all his efforts are never accepted, his fellow parent has issued a brief statement indicating the reason for not accepting the help of the former lover.
In his statement on Tuesday morning, Carrol Sonnie spoke about not accepting offers that come without respect.
“Good morning. Just a quick reminder. “No matter how screwed up you are, DO NOT accept offers that come with DISRESPECT,” Sonnie wrote.
The actor’s post on Tuesday morning appeared to be an indirect response to the allegations made by her ex-boyfriend while he was engaging his fans in a question and answer session on Instagram.
On Monday evening, Mulamwah expressed his desire to help in the upbringing of his only child with Carrol Sonnie.
While engaging his fans in a question and answer session on Instagram, the father of one however claimed that it has not been easy for him to be involved in his daughter’s life.
He claimed that whenever he sends money or gifts to take care of his two-year-old daughter, it is returned to him.
“I’m trying to help but it’s not easy. You send money and it’s reversed. I’ve even sent a birthday gift and it’s returned. So it’s very difficult,” Mulamwah replied to a fan who wanted to know if he was helping with his daughter’s upbringing.
The 30-year-old comedian noted that he does not understand where the problem is between him and his ex-girlfriend.
