Celebrated Mugithi musician Mary Gioche, who is famously known as Kareh B, has marked the 1st anniversary of the death of her son Joseph Mwadulo.
Even though it was an special day for the talented singer, she was also very disappointed because the man that caused the death of her late teenage son has not yet been brought to book.
In a post that she made on her Facebook account, Kareh B therefore cried foul because no one seemed to be interested in giving her the justice that she rightly deserves.
“In this Kenya #justice is a 7 letter word that has no meaning…
Easy coach (wild goose chase)
The school (SILENCE) Anyway…#longlivedulo #dulofoundation” she said.
It can be remembered that Joseph Mwadulo unfortunately passed away of the 1st of April 2024, in a tragic accident that happened at the Mamboleo roundabout in Kisumu.
The 17-year-old was actually in an Easy Coach bus together with other students of the Chavakali High School, and they were being ferried home for the holidays at night.
The unfortunate accident left only Joseph Mwadulo dead, but other nine students had also been injured according to reports.
Following the incident, the driver of the Easy Coach bus was arrested and later charged with causing the death of one student and injuring nine others in court.
The driver, who had the moniker of Mr. George Onyango Riako, however pleaded not guilty to the charges when he appeared before the acting magistrate of the Winam Court, Dr. Mtai.
He was later released on a cash bail of Kshs 200,000 or a bond of Kshs 500,000.
As we speak however, it is not yet clear where the case has reached.
It can be remembered that when Joseph Mwadulo died, Kareh B took to her social media platforms to blame several people for the accident.
The Mugithi crooner blamed Chavakali High School for allowing students to travel at night, and she also blamed the then Transport Cabinet Secretary for allowing school buses to be driven at night.
Kareh B also blamed the government in general for allegedly not putting appropriate measures to curb the accidents that were at the time happening frequently.
