The Meru Governor Kawira Mwangaza has mourned a major blast in her proposal to stop proceedings of her impeachment at the senate. Mwangaza wanted to receive greenhouse orders so that the senate would not get involved in difficulties in her impeachment but the court of proposal dismissed her case.
The legal court’s appeal in Meru has affirmed that they do not have jurisdiction or energy to stop the impeachment of a Governor. The court is clear that, the outcome is political and it’s the mandate of MCAs and the Senate to demonstrate the alleged difficulties.
The Meru governor Kawira Mwangaza has been battled, left right, and even at the centre by leaders who do not acknowledge her leadership. She has been subjected to pain and only the Senate can save her seat.
The Meru Governor Kawira Mwangaza has nonetheless made it clear that she will continue to discharge her responsibilities to the people of Meru despite the ongoing wars. Whether this problem will be determined so that Meru County can have a consensus, let’s hold and see what evolves for it is a fact that we truly live in affecting political times.
