The former deputy president, Rigathi Gachagua, attacked president William Ruto and his camp of trying to use the church ahead of 2027 general elections. After Githunguri PCEA church contributions that was led by the Kapseret Constituency member of Parliament, Hon Oscar Sudi, Gachagua claimed that Ruto had sent the team with two million.
Oscar Sudi has now broken the silence over Gachagua’s remarks. Taking to account of his Facebook page, Sudi shared a video where he lectured Gachagua.
Sudi said that he has helped many churches in his constituency and visiting Mt Kenya during a church fundraiser is not a new thing. He said that the remarks by Gachagua terming him as a holigan are wrong yet Gachagua is the holigan himself.
According to Sudi, Gachagua was impeached because he never respected even the church itself. He added that if Gachagua’s wife, Pastor Dorcas Rigathi is removed from the photos of Gachagua, he would be the greatest holigan.
Sudi said that his contributions to the churches has taken him to this far. He insisted that he was elected by the Kapseret constituents because he made contributions to the churches.
Sudi insists that Gachagua is not someone who can be trusted and even the church has rejected him.
