A mother identified as Milka Karanja has appealed for financial assistance after her young son, Trevor, was reportedly hospitalised and required further medical treatment.
Karanja’s appeal was shared online on Friday, September 4, amid reports that the child had experienced serious health complications requiring continued care. The appeal has since attracted attention from members of the public and well-wishers.
According to the report carrying the claims, Karanja said she had previously settled a hospital bill running into hundreds of thousands of shillings before the child’s condition reportedly worsened. She said she was facing difficulties meeting additional medical expenses and was seeking assistance.
The report also claimed that the child had been admitted again after an earlier discharge. However, details concerning the child’s diagnosis, current condition and treatment could not be independently verified from authoritative medical or family sources.
