Karwimbo Mukurinu is a famous Kenyan comedian who was featured in another famous tv show by the name Churchill Show. He is unique from other comedians because he is a member of the Akurinu sect which is known to have strict regulations on its members, but this did not hinder Karwimbo from being a famous comedian in Kenya.
He studied at Kagonje primary school and then went to Kagonye secondary. He later joined Migori teachers college to pursue a p1 teaching course. Karwimbo was employed by the board of his former primary after which he went to Tanzania and was employed as a head teacher, but later deported to Kenya and became a handball coach.
After all this Karwimbo later landed a job in Royal Media Services specifically at Inooro Fm where he hosts an evening show alongside Waithira Muirhirania, he also hosts another show called Mugithi Friday night together with his fellow journalist Jeff Kuria.
Apart from being a comedian and a radio presenter, Karwimbo is a family man with one wife and children, but he keeps his family life a secret.
